We are thrilled to have experienced Clinical Nutritionist Lynsey Koch join us to delve into the health impacts of visceral adiposity and the role hormonal changes play in shaping our physiology. With over 18 years in the field and a strong passion for educating clients on nutrition and biochemistry, Lynsey always aims to empower individuals to take charge of their well-being.
